Recruit New Sailor For Previus Battel Lost

This usualy happen to all player when they engage in a battel,
you will lost a few amount of sailor since they ware killed in action,
either Rokkie, Expert or Veterent you will lose them,

Here is how you can refill the lost by recruit new crew to fill in,
so your sailor can fight again in its full strength.

As you may see in the picture there is a button bottom left of each and every sailor, its RCT button stand for Recruit, right click on it and it will auto recruit the sailor simple as that.
