Manualy Recruit Veteran Sailor

During leveling or playing each battel player will automaticly
increase their Expert and Veteran Sailor slightly, but if you chose to
manualy increase your Veterents here is how,

Left click on RCT, and its should bring to force manager,
where can i found RCT? its on the left bottom of each sailor, it should be the only button
that aviable either then DIS (Dismiss)

Now to manualy promote veteran sailor, click on veteran box

You should see a small window title

"Examination For Promotion" in this box, press UP arrow and promote how many veteran you like to promote, then press Ok.

REMEMBER:

1. Each 1 "Examination For Promotion" are equal to 10 veteran.

2. In oder to promte a  10 veterant, 10 Expert Sailor will be require, if its fail you will not get those 10 expert sailor back.

3. Credit's are required based on the sailor level it self.
