Sailor Base Status Preview:

Sailor base status can be view just by hovering your mouse on the sailor it self.

Sailor Base Explaint:
For a normal sailor u may get a +12 based sailor if u rolling dice, and this is the most highest, but for pot, you may get a +15 if lucky enough, but if u need much more better sailor status based i do sugguest buy an Elite sailor that can be bought from navyfield store (Elite +13 or +16 based status)

this base status good for:
1. Bridge Operator (Ship Captain)
2. Seaman
3. Sonarman (Submarine)
4. Planesman (Submarine)
5. Landing Force
6. Airlift Force
7. Medic

Acc/ Accurancy:
This base status good for main gunner for faster and high accurate shoot,

Reload/ Reloading:
This base status good for main gunner/ AA gunner, for fast reloading shell.

Torpedo:
This base status good for Torpedoman, faster torpedo reload.

AAW/ Anti Air Craft warfare:
This base status good for Anti Aircraft gunner (AA) for faster AA shell reload.

Repair:
This base status good for Repairman (Support Crew), for faster ship repair
during battel for more pawnage action.

Restore:
This base status good for Restoreman (Support Crew),

Engine:
This base status good for Engineman (Support Crew), for longger engine overheat (Faster ship movement)

Aircraft:
This base status good for Scout plane pilot (Support Crew), for scouting purpose.

Fighter:
This base status good for Fighter plane pilot, usefull for fighting enemy plane.

Bommer:
This base status good for Dive Bommer or Tropedo Bommer plane pilot, most feared by BB (Battel Ship).
